CHESHVAN-REVELATION RAIN
Tuesday, November 8th, 2011by Kimberly Woods – CA
Cheshvan-Revelation Rain
From a Hebraic understanding, October 29th marked the 1st of Cheshvan according to the Hebrew calendar. Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan, the beginning of the 8th month, is referred to as Mar Cheshvan… the time coming off of the Fall Feasts, particularly Sukkot (the Feast of Tabernacles).
Leviticus 23:36 Seven days (Feast of Tabernacles) ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto יהוה: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation (Hebrew word – mik-raw’- called out, bidden, rehearsal) unto you…
Symbolically, the number 8 represents putting off the old, as in the “old man” and the “works of the flesh” – hence sanctify, manifest, reveal, die, death; and therefore, by implication: New Beginnings, Marriage Huppah (unite, binding, covering of Yah).
Scriptures: 1 Peter 3:20, 2 Peter 2:5, Luke 2:21, Luke 9:28-29, 2 Chronicles 34:1-2.
Both water and fire are used in cleansing/sifting processes, which prophetically is death to our flesh and Life to our Spirit.
The word “mar” is generally interpreted as drops of water in regards to the 8th month. If we think of millions of drops of water, we get a picture of RAIN. Yisrael sends forth prayers for RAIN, for a plentiful rainy season, for a watery Cheshvan. I understand that right now some of the lakes are even close to being empty, which is disappointing.
The Hebrew word “mar” also means bitter or disappointing. I find this interesting, because from a dream interpretation perspective …
THE FUNCTION OF REVELATION
Sunday, April 10th, 2011by Jimmie Altman – New Castle, PA, USA Age: 27
According to the book of Hebrews chapter 6, God is calling us into the Holy of Holies! Coming into prophetic revelation of who Jesus Christ is, is the keystone to coming into the Holy of Holies, to being transformed and to becoming like Him, to coming into the glory, and to having an intimate face to face everyday relationship with the Father.
If this isn’t happening, then we are not coming into revelation, but information…
The very function of revelation is to bring us into the presence and glory of the Father, so that we can see Him face to face, even plainly.
Hebrews 10:19-22
19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,
21 and having a High Priest over the house of God,
22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
(NKJ)
Aaron, the natural high priest would enter into the natural tabernacle, made by the hands of men, remove the natural veil, enter into the natural Holy of Holies and sprinkle the blood of a natural animal on the mercy seat for his sins and for the sins of the people. This would only foreshadow how our Great and High Priest Jesus Christ would enter into a heavenly tabernacle, [true worshippers, not fashioned by man] remove our …
AN UNKNOWN TONGUE

by Mathias Torres Age: 18
Another way of saying language is tongue. There are some scriptures that use this word tongue instead of language. An example of it being used this way is:
Acts 2:8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
John 5:2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.
The phrase “Hebrew tongue” in the Strong’s is:
G1447 Ἑβραΐστί
Hebraisti
heb-rah-is-tee’
Adverb from G1446; Hebraistically or in the Jewish (Armaic) language: – in (the) Hebrew (tongue).
Another use of the word tongue is used in Acts 2:6.
Acts 2:6
6 And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language.
The word tongue used here is the word dialektos [which is where the word dialect] comes from. The Greek definition for tongue used here is:
G1258
διάλεκτος
dialektos
dee-al’-ek-tos
From G1256; a (mode of) discourse, that is, “dialect”: – language, tongue.
Tongue is another way to say language or dialect. So, if I were to use the word “tongue” in a sentence it might be, “I am speaking an English tongue.” Now that we know that a tongue is another way of saying language, there are other scriptures that use the word tongue, but are different words in the Greek. For example:
1 Corinthians14:1-5
1 Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.
2 For he who speaks …
THE ENGRAFTED BRANCH

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to share with everyone something that Dad has been putting on my heart. Right now, its really heavy on my mind, so much so that I don’t think I can sleep until I post it. He has been leading me through this for the last month or so, and He is still showing me more, and I know the more that I share, the more He pours out. I don’t want to be the man that buries his talent in the earth. I pray that this blesses you, and encourages you as much as it did me. It may be a little lengthy but please bare with me:
Revelation 9:11
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
(KJV)
The Lord spoke to me some time ago about the bottomless pit. The word bottomless in the Greek is the word “abussos.” If you study this word out you will find that this word is a variation of the word buthos which comes from the word bathos. The Greek word bathos is used in 1 Corinthians 2 where Paul speaks of how the Spirit searches the deep things of God. Therefore, we can see that the bottomless pit (a very quick explanation) is a place …
RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT
Sunday, February 21st, 2010by Jimmie Altman – New Castle, PA, USA Age: 26
There have been many misconceptions about judging or judgment now and in times past. However, as we prophetically understand God’s divine plan in righteous judgment, we will see that the righteous judgments of God are what bring us into life! The word judgment in the Ancient Hebrew Lexicon of the Bible means the “door of life.” Meaning, the function of righteous judgments is to bring one into life.
Rom 8:1-4
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh,
4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
(NKJ)
Righteous judgments are not meant to condemn you, but to condemn the flesh. It is meant to condemn our flesh and bring us into Life with Christ, and to those who are dead in regard to the carnal man, but alive in Christ cannot be condemned. As long as we are not in the flesh, but in Christ, there is nothing to condemn. …
CHRIST IS CALLING US INTO PERFECTION
Tuesday, August 18th, 2009by Melissa Kohnen – New Castle Age: 21
Christ is calling us into Perfection!
1 John 3:2 “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.”
-Many people have taken this scripture out of context and begin to think that it pertains to the “rapture” theory, but I am going to show you in scripture that this is not true! There is no rapture in the way that we were taught! 1 John 3:2 says that when we see Him we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. This is speaking about us getting a revelation of who He is through His Scriptures.
John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
- These two scriptures are a direct correlation to Jesus actually being God. In John 1:1 it says that the Word was God, and then in John 1:14 it says that the word became flesh; He was the only begotten of the Father. This is referring to Yeshua (Jesus). Since the Word is God then when we get a revelation of what scripture is saying He or God begins …
BEAUTY OF ME; IN THE EYES OF MY FATHER
Friday, June 5th, 2009A Poem by Shelyn Aikens – New Castle, PA, USA
I appreciate the beauty of the process that Dad has brought me through. He has led me step by step. As the Hope in me that I have never seen, I was looking for a father all of my life. I was very angry and sad because I did not know who I was. I was feeling unformed and without an identity for about as far back as I can remember; however I know now that You were always my Father. You were always there in the times when I succeeded and in the times when I failed, but it was only then, at the times of my failures that I expected a tangible FATHER.
Every time I was able to go on and not quit or forfeit by suicide, I realize it was because of YOU. Every time I cried on the outside of me, but on the inside I could speak with clarity, words I could never say outward was within me, but it was YOU. When I had no siblings around and no friends that were true you listened with intent and I never knew. As a child I wanted to be a princess, and the bell of the ball just like the books I read which were not real at all … I tried to make my imaginary friends appear only they were in my head and also not real…
So I became introverted with outward flare. I laughed and I played. I was the life of the party, but inside, only deep …
