THE BRIDE IS NOT READY

Revelation 19:7 says “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”
Question: Who it is that has made His wife/bride ready? It does not say God or Jesus made her ready. And it does not say she was okay just the way she was. It says that SHE had to make HERSELF ready!
So who this wife/bride? Ephesians 5:23 says “For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.” The comparison clearly shows us that the CHURCH is this wife/bride. And WE are the church!
The church today wants to tell you “God loves you just the way you are… you don’t need to change” and “You’re under grace… just keep living anyway you want!“, but clearly this is not going to cut it at the end of the age.
God does love you, but He loves you enough to tell you that you DO need to change and that you cannot stay the way you are. And what about grace? Yes we are under grace, but God’s grace is not something that means you live however you want and just repent every now and then. God’s grace is that He reveals is character to you and in you, so that you CAN change. His grace is the revealing of the Torah, a revealing of Messiah Yeshua, a revealing of Jesus Christ that will help you in making yourself ready. God’s grace (revelation of the Mysteries of the Kingdom) is the only way to be ready! Don’t be a foolish virgin… start preparing now!!!
