CARRYING THE WITNESS: AN APOSTOLIC PEOPLE

“And the dream was repeated to Pharaoh twice because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

Blessings! A few weeks ago I had two of the same dream, one on a Tuesday night and one on a Wednesday night.
In my first dream I saw Prophet Mike. He had his bible opened up and he was unveiling things in scripture. The anointing behind the word carried such a weight of beauty and I could feel the purity of what was being released. There was also a high level of promise and confidence behind the word as well.
The next night I had the same dream. After the second dream, when I woke up, I didn’t tell anyone. I wanted to see if the LORD would give me a third dream; however, He only gave me the two. I wondered why the LORD gave me two of the same dream two nights in a row, but I realized that Dad was definitely showing me something that He is beginning to establish within His children.
2 Corinthians 13:1
This will be the third time I am coming to you. “By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.”

The two dreams were two witnesses of something that the LORD is getting ready to establish and bring to pass within His people. I began to see that the dreams were prophetically speaking of an apostolic generation that is appearing. The revelation that these men and women will release will be at its purist. They will be wholly yoked to Jesus and will have dealt with worldly desires that corrupt the bond, they will be fully dead to self because they will always carry within them the dying of the LORD so that His life and witness can manifest wherever they go! They will have their trust embedded in Christ. They will be a people of honor, loyalty and integrity, and they will prepare the way and bring the harvest into the fullness of Christ. Not only are they the bride, but they are also sons of God. What the bride is to her husband is what a son is to his father, and that is being a visible manifestation and glory of Him in the earth to bring all nations to Himself!
In the dream, the revelation that Prophet Mike was releasing carried the fullness of promise and confidence. When we move into that realm of the apostolic as a true son and a true bride, we will not speak on our own authority, but from the Fathers. We will give witness to the things we have heard and seen, not just because we want to share revelation, but because the Father has charged us to speak what He has given us. We will fully speak from what we see and hear from the Father and what is released will surely come to pass. The sign that we fully speak from what we see and hear from the Father will be that the LORD will not allow anything we speak to fall to the ground, but he will establish our thoughts and confirm the word that we release!
I also thought that is was significant that Prophet Mike was reading from an opened book (bible)
According to Revelation 5:1-10 the lamb that was slain (Jesus) was the only one worthy to loose the seals to unlock the things hidden with the books. We are those books! We are the living epistles to be read by all men!
We can see the ultimate example of what an apostolic people will look like within Christ.
John 12:49-50
49 “For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.
50 “And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”

We also see it within Samuel
1 Samuel 3:19
So Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him and let none of his words fall to the ground.

1 Samuel 9:6
6 And he said to him, “Look now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honorable man; all that he says surely comes to pass. So let us go there; perhaps he can show us the way that we should go.”

We also see this character within Moses
I Kings 8:56-61
56 “Blessed be the LORD, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses.
57 “May the LORD our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He not leave us nor forsake us,
58 “that He may incline our hearts to Himself, to walk in all His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, which He commanded our fathers.
59 “And may these words of mine, with which I have made supplication before the LORD, be near the LORD our God day and night, that He may maintain the cause of His servant and the cause of His people Israel, as each day may require,
60 “that all the peoples of the earth may know that the LORD is God; there is no other.
61 “Let your heart therefore be loyal to the LORD our God, to walk in His statutes and keep His commandments, as at this day.”

Notice that in verse 57, the cry of the people was “May the LORD our God be with us, as He was with our fathers!’
And we see it with the apostles in Jesus’ day.
Mark 16:20
And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

The Father wasn’t just working with such forerunners for no reason, but these men carried the witness of God. They were containers for Emmanuel!
Matthew 1:23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”
The privilege of this end time people is not about attaining the title of an apostle or apostolic, but to be the true Bride and a true Son who will be a container that will carry Immanuel “God with (in) us.” This is not an overnight anointing. It is something that is appearing within a people who fully embrace the call of God in their life.
Proverbs 16:3 Commit your works to the LORD, and your thoughts will be established.
The word for commit used here is the word, Hebrew 1556(galal). This word is where the Greek word Golgotha comes from. Golgotha means “the place of the skull,” speaking of the mind. Christ was crucified at Golgotha and we are to take up our cross and do likewise. There has to be a crucifixion of mindsets that prohibit us from carrying the mind of Christ. There has to be a crucifixion of our agenda, our wants, and our desires so that His thoughts can be established and fixed within us. When the Body of Christ deals with her mindsets, she will move into that apostolic mandate to carry the mind of Christ and release His nature in the earth!
