DESCRIPTION: The people of God are currently being called to awaken from their slumbers and come unveiled from carnal mindsets that place them in opposition unto God. The reality that currently exists in the church is that the said people of God are going into buildings and hearing a message that does not change them, but places them under the illusion of an emotional word that does nothing to open their eyes from their state of sleep. In this teaching Prophet Michael Petro sounds the alarm that not only shakes the sleeping church but begins to position them in a place to receive the things of God. Throughout this teaching Prophet Petro shows the importance of the prophetic voice and its characteristics over the course of Biblical time. The chief characteristic that existed among all the prophets of God was the task of speaking to the people so that they would get ""eyes to see and ears to hear."" In the biblical accounts the children of God were not acknowledging our Father but rather rebelling from His very Word that delivered them and showed itself true to their forefathers in the wilderness and through the epic battles of scripture. Prophet Petro shows us how God would deal with those who rejected His Word and His prophets... a state of oppression would occur until His people realized their disposition and cried to our Father with all their hearts and minds, and only then would He restore them unto Himself. God is requiring the same thing now from His children. It's obvious that the Body of Christ is not moving in the miraculous and that oppression is in our midst, therefore God has raised up a man with a message to bring a shaking to the sleeping church, "Get eyes to see and ears to hear." |
